We believe long-term partnerships start with clear, honest answers. That means being open about what’s included, what costs extra and how we’ll work together. If you have a question, ask us. We’ll be happy to answer.
Yes. Up to 10 employees.
One location.
Every employee counts, including people who don’t use Heyquip. The number of login accounts does not determine your price.
A place where you manage inventory or transfers. A yard without a counter also counts. The first location is included.
The commitment is 12 months, even when you pay monthly.
We agree on a start date together. That date is recorded in your signed quote.
Renewal is for 12 months. A reminder is planned 60 days beforehand, and nonrenewal notice is due at least 30 days before renewal. Your agreement sets out these terms.
Taxes, payment processing fees and payment hardware are separate. Optional services are listed in your quote. We confirm what applies to your business before you sign.
