Want us to extract data from your old system or clean it up? We agree on the work and budget before starting.
What can be transferred depends on your old system and available files. We check the scope before promising a transfer.

Agree on what needs to move
Customers, equipment, rates and other records: we review available files and what can be imported. Your team confirms what matters.
Prepare and check
You complete the supported templates, or we prepare data within an approved budget. Your team validates the information before using it.
Set up and train
The included 2 setup hours and 6 virtual training hours prepare the counter, yard and administration teams.
Review before the switch
We plan 45 minutes to review the platform and a 15-minute DNS call if needed. We agree on the cutover date together.
The budget
Agree on extra work before it starts.
Legacy ERP extraction, data cleanup and additional configuration cost $175 per person-hour. If a specialist and developer each work 3 hours, that is 6 hours, or $1,050. Any increase beyond the agreed budget needs approval.

Additional configuration
$175 per person-hour within an approved budget. One hour with two people counts as two billable hours.
On-site training
$175 per trainer-hour. A six-hour day costs $1,050 for one trainer, plus an agreed travel package. The number of participants does not multiply that price.
Catalog enrichment
$5 per equipment model successfully enriched during setup. Exact manufacturer and model, a matching datasheet and image. French and English descriptions and information based on those sources, then reviewed.
A product without the required sources is not billed as enriched. One-time services and travel do not receive the annual discount. Additional training is agreed before it starts.
After go-live
Your team can keep asking questions.
Help using Heyquip remains part of your subscription. Finishing your training sessions does not mean the help stops.
